Job Description
NextUp Careers Reliability Talent Group is currently seeking a French speaking Reliability Engineering Subject Matter Expert. The position will be located on site. The contract could get extended into other opportunities for the right individual. Our client is a leading international service provider that works with many of the best companies in the world providing them with world-class engineering services.
The ideal candidate must speak both French and English. Must possess SME level understanding of Reliability and Maintenance practices in an industrial environment. Bachelors Degree in Engineering is preferred, but demonstrated experience in lieu of the degree may be considered

Have to know
- Knowledge of machinery fundamentals, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, blowers, compressors, etc.
- Detailed knowledge of general mechanical fundamentals, such as fits and tolerances.
- Strong understanding of electro-mechanical fundamentals, as well as predictive and preventatitve maintenance tools.
- Working knowledge of routine and advanced data acquisition techniques.
- Knowledge in spectral, time waveform and phase analysis.
- Working knowledge of other condition monitoring technologies, including, oil analysis, thermography, motor current analysis and ultrasonics, and their integration with vibration analysis

| Be a Subject Matter Expert in general maintenance and reliability functions; core processes, PM, PdM and reliability | Plan, schedule and manage travel, appointments and activities |
| Identify process gaps and incorporate corrective actions into the site asset management strategic plan on an ongoing basis | Proficient at Assessment and Reliability Engineering Operations policy, procedures and methods |
| Report generation; use Microsoft Office Suite to generate accurate reports with executive summary, detailed findings and recommendations for the path forward |

- Knowledge of CMMS programs.
