PdM Maintenance Planner Job Details
Job Description

GPAllied, LLC. is seeking candidates for the position of Maintenance Planner. There will be two positions. One position will be located at the Army Medical Hospital at Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas. The other will be at Ft. Campbell, KY.

 

Primary duties will include:

·        Screening of incoming work orders, identification of scope, and analysis of required level of planning.

·        Field walk downs to identify and analyze corrective and preventive maintenance, modification and inspection activities and to provide input for refining and improving work package quality.

·        Estimate required work hours on work order tasks and total work order duration

·        Plan jobs with appropriate level of detail, including QA/QC, for each skilled trade required and indentify all specific safety hazards that may be encountered during performance of work.

·        Accurately measure, prioritize, and maintain maintenance backlog.

·        Participates in the scheduling process and compiles information into the work schedule.

·        Measures and reports PdM and PM completion percentages on a regular schedule.

·        Communicates with customer and GPAllied on assigned tasks.

 

Education, Certification, and Skills required include:

·        Minimum five years work experience in skilled trades

·        Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude

·        Experience with EAM/CMMS, Excel, Work, MS Project

·        Experience and ability to read and interpret vendor manuals and drawings
