Plant Engineer opening - Milford, NH - BSME/BSEE, RCM, CMMS, and Manufacturing experience required.

Technical Graphics, a subsidiary of Crane & Co., Inc., located in
Milford, NH, is an established world leader in technically advanced film
development and specialty printing. We have an immediate opportunity
for a Plant Engineer who has proven experience preventing equipment and
utility failures through the development and implementation of
preventive maintenance systems and procedures.
LOCATION:
Milford, New Hampshire

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Apply the concepts of precision maintenance to ensure the equipment is
designed, repaired, balanced and aligned to strictly enforce standards
before being placed in service.
• Act as a resource to assist with equipment troubleshooting and
failures with the goal of minimizing or eliminating equipment downtime.
Conduct root cause analysis, generate reports, action logs and follow
up in their closure.
• Develop and ensure preventive maintenance systems and procedures are
in place and are followed. Prepare discipline-specific preventive
maintenance documentation.
• Develop back-up plans for vulnerable systems and equipment (chillers, boilers, condensers, etc).
• Supervise, develop and direct contractors and employees on maintenance projects.
• Keep Operations and Maintenance informed of progress made towards the
resolution of high criticality concerns. Act as a liaison between
engineering, production floor and vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must be a U.S. Citizen, have the ability to pass and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience within a medium to large
manufacturing environment focused on reliability and maintenance for
electro-mechanical automated product line systems.
• Hands on experience managing Root-cause Failure Analysis of critical equipment/process failures.
• Experience in implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices.
• Experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Electrical license a plus.
• Availability for weekends and nights, if needed.
