Reliability Engineers

We have an immediate need for three reliability engineers – IL, VA and TX. These people can be at different levels of experience / maturity for the plants.

• Ability to understand and write a maintenance strategy for a piece of equipment, taking in multiple factors
• Good understanding of CMMS systems and preferably experience using MP2 – must know how to get up a system and why it is set up that way
• Good understanding of metrics used to measure maintenance effectiveness, what they mean and how to improve them
• Able to implement and improve on-line inspections, predictive and preventative measures. As well as the ability to work with the plant and drive these to completion – they are done, in a quality way and we get benefit out of them
• Ability to understand and write a maintenance spares strategy, taking in multiple factors
• High level thinker that can self manage, set priorities and change as the business needs change
• Needs to be a practical person and comfortable on the shop floor
• Needs to be able to drive results through others, given that they haven’t got anyone reporting to them but need to get results out of the plants

Must be able to build a CMMS from scratch to implementation. We are in an infancy stage and need to develop the program to maturity.
