Leading our Electrical & Instrument group will push the
predictive and preventative maintenance program boundaries on a number of
fronts including learning industrial electrical circuitry and controls systems
(DCS and PI) while developing reliability centered maintenance strategies.
This is something you should consider if you want to put your career on a
faster track, become an expert in developing and growing an existing team of
three instrument technicians and two electricians. Have oversight and
responsibility for the team’s morale and a strategy to create buy in for the
PDM and PM maintenance programs.
You will build these programs from the ground up and
accomplish this by challenging the team to come up with new ideas and
processes. We are not looking for someone to mandate compliance; rather someone
who can lead and make positive changes. Currently we are looking for people in
the Power Plant, Industrial or Military with backgrounds in maintenance of
electrical and control systems.
Become someone special. Our Maintenance Supervisor for
Electrical Instrument/Controls is going to be an agent of change in our plants
desire to become proactive in predictive and preventative maintenance and you
can be a critical part of this. Right now we’re looking for someone who wants
to apply their leadership and vision for plant reliability. This is high
visibility, high impact spot, where your efforts will improve our company’s
competitive position.
We’re going to give a bit of preference to those with a
Journeyman’s Electrical License and 3-5 years of experience planning, scheduling,
and overseeing maintenance tasks in a power plant environment, but will
consider someone who has demonstrated a high level of performance in leading a
team to develop a maintenance program in a Military or Industrial environment.
