Senior Sales Associate--Reliability Services Job Details

Job Description
We are looking for a fulltime
Senior Sales Associate for Reliability Services to join our team. The Senior Sales Associate for
Reliability Services is responsible for Business-to-Business lead
generation and qualification by contacting (calling or e-mail) a
targeted list of customer accounts and networking existing contacts. The
Senior Sales Associate will then work with the requisite Subject Matter
Experts to close business in those accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a current list of targeted customers (that fit the Genesis profile) in different stages of development (e.g. to be called, follow-up needed, etc)
- Executing a qualification process to determine potential customers, their needs, and the steps necessary to bring the sales process to closure
- Working with the Reliability Services team to close $2MM in sales per year.
- Developing a detailed knowledge of Genesis sales process and collateral including EAM and Reliability Services offerings to be used when needed in the qualified lead generation process
Ideal
candidates will have at least five (5) years of Sales experience in an
Industrial type environment (e.g. manufacturing verticals, Power
Generation and Transmission, Municipal water/wastewater treatment, etc)
and be familiar with Reliability engineering including general knowledge
of the principles of preventive & predictive maintenance,
reliability centered maintenance and equipment performance standards. We
are looking for professionals who have proven sales experience and have
the ability to navigate corporate
structures to identify decision makers and determine the buying process.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate service sales success. Basic
computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook Excel and Windows as well as
typing skills and internet skills are a must. A college degree is
preferred but not required.
